01. Pencipta SKCK Online Database Nasional
Gaya mbois dan penampilan trendy, tak lain tak bukan ialah Khoirul Amin sosok di balik SKCK Online Polresta Sidoarjo dan pembentukkan Tim Cyber Troops Polresta Sidoarjo. Saat ini dia mengembangkan kepakarannya dalam bidang Search Engine Optimization (SEO) untuk mengawal Polri dalam melakukan counter opini di Polda Jatim.
SKCK Online yang dicetuskan Polresta Sidoarjo sebenarnya sudah dibuat sejak tahun 2011 oleh AKBP. Moh. Anwar Nasir (saat itu masih berpangkat Kompol) dan M. Khoirul Amin dengan nama SICK (Sistem Informasi Catatan Kepolisian).
Kedua sosok tersebut, Anwar dan Amin memang jika dilihat dari kesehariannya memang biasa-biasa saja layaknya orang lain melakukan kegiatannya masing-masing.
Namun, dibalik aktivitas kedua sahabat ini memiliki suka duka yang tak dapat diungkapkan dengan kata-kata. Menariknya, inovasi pelayanan publik SKCK Online Polresta Sidoarjo ini mendapat respon positif dari Deputi Pelayanan Publik Kemenpan-RB ibu Prof. Diah Natalisa yang didampingi Kapolresta Sidoarjo AKBP. M. Anwar Nasir dan pencipta serta programmer SKCK Online M. Khoirul Amin S.H., S.Kom., M.Kom., dan resmi dijadikan sebagai SKCK Online Nasional Selain itu, hari ini pencipta SKCK Online menerima penghargaan dari Kapolresta Sidoarjo yang merupakan sahabatnya atas keaktifan dalam membangun inovasi Polri dan atas pembentukan Tim Cyber Troops.
